“Not everyone who says to Me, 'Master, Master,' shall enter into the reign of the heavens, but he who does the will of My Father in the heavens. Many shall say to Me in that day, 'Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and done many mighty works in Your Name?' And then I shall declare to them, 'I never knew you, DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO WORK LAWLESSNESS!'”
Context: These are some of the most terrifying words in all of Scripture. The Messiah warns that on judgment day, MANY who claim to follow Him will be rejected because they practiced LAWLESSNESS (Greek: anomia = without Torah).
Application Today: Miracles, prophecy, and casting out demons are NOT proof of salvation. Only those who DO the Father's will - keeping His Torah - will enter the Kingdom. Are you keeping Torah or working lawlessness?
